I have worked in the catering and hospitality industry for almost 20 years; during this time I've worked in different restaurants and hotels in different countries, building up my knowledge and skills.

I have a passion for food which I like to share with others. This was the main reason to become a private chef and share my love of food with you creating an enjoyable and unique dining experience in the comfort of your home.

I love all types of cuisine, but my favourite goes to the Mediterranean cuisine, with all the fresh fish, vegetables, olive oil and many more good things.
