I have been cooking professionally for more than 15 years and have cooked in some iconic locations.

I love to cook and to feed people. I am a passionate, generous chef and my focus is always to provide the very best experience to each and every person I cook for.

My cooking style is very relaxed and eclectic. I was born in London, spent 7 years in Italy, have travelled extensively and have been married to an Egyptian for more than 20 years. My food is an extension of myself.
