My current role is as Executive Chef at the Royal London House Hotel in Finsbury Square where I’ve been since it opened last year, however, my passion is to bring the same standard of food and service to the comfort of your own home.
Drawing from a wealth of experience working and travelling to over 50 countries, I can be as flexible as you can imagine for you and your guests.

Absolutely amaizing! We had a lovely and exquisite experience with Daniel. The food was superb and Daniel was really accommodating and discrete at home. We loved it and made a very special birthday surprise!
I picked up Daniel's menu for my birthday party, and it was a success! All my friends loved his dishes, and it really felt like being in an high class restaurant! The dessert was sublime.
Daniel brought everything he needed to prepare the dinner, and left everything absolutely clean. Very nice guy and very professional!

Another fabulous evening with Daniel. Canapes were delicious and just the right amount. Beautifully presented and delicious. Cod was particularly tasty and the pannacotta velvety and yummy. First course might have been a tad small, but overall really good. Look forward to working together again. Thank you!
