We loved learning katsudon and side dishes with Hitomi, It was a really intimate and relaxed lesson and it felt like we were learning from an old friend. Hitomi's lesson was well-paced, easy to follow and the food was delicious! It was interesting learning about Japanese culture from her and lots of interesting tips that will make Japanese cooking in general much easier. Thank you for a great lesson, we'll be back!

Unforgettable experience in London

I had a great time and came hungry, which was great. It is difficult to know which Japanese products to buy in supermarkets as everything is in Japanese, therefore it was great to learn from Hitomi. I get to make 3 simple yet yummy dishes but difficult to learn by myself.

Hitomi is a warm and special person

I would say it’s one of the most unforgettable experience in London. Japanese cuisine is always my favorite foreign cuisine. I have tried a lot of Japanese food both in my country and abroad, but it was my first time to learn to cook it. Hitomi is a very patient teacher and also I learnt many useful cooking tips from her. If there is any new recipes, I’ll def try again! :D
