Having worked in the industry for 18 years based in Mayfair alongside Michel Roux, Jason Atherton and Gary Rhodes, in some of the most established restaurants around, I am able to offer you and your guests Michelin starred food in your own home, using only local seasonal produce and the most modern cooking techniques with skillful flavour combinations.
I shall work with you to ensure that every dish is created to your exact requirements and also offer helpful tips for wine to match each dish. Not only do I treat food with the upmost respect, I have a 5 star hygiene rating with my local FSA.
I am extremely confident in taking the time with you and your guests to talk you through your chosen menu along with answering any questions that you may have.
So whether it be a celebration dinner, friends round because it's been too long or just because you don't fancy cooking, let me take care of all of that whilst you enjoy a nice chilled glass of bubbles and be wowed with food that will blow your mind.
Michael is excellent. Complete professional and completely in control. He came completely prepared, didn't need to help in anyway, although for the first 10 minutes we felt we should be, champagne helped that feeling drift away. Food was fantastic. I've eaten at most great restaurants in London and further afield and Michaels food would not be out of place in any of those restaurants. Michael's food is absolutely outstanding. He arrived completely prepared to deliver a fabulous meal, including all cutlery, crockery and cooking implements. He creates very interesting flavours to your order. If you wanted a catered meal served at your home, I could not recommend Michael more highly. He his a nice chap to have around too.
