I love to eat, I love to cook
I come from a family of feeders who taught me from a very young age the importance of good food made with quality ingredients. Four years of working in a Teppanyaki flat-iron restaurant in Tokyo helped me build a firm foundation. Self-trained in all sorts of cuisines, my biggest passion is discovering, creating, and learning about new flavours. My creative use of western and Japanese herbs and spices make my dishes interesting, unique and bursting with flavours. I've travelled to many Asian countries and have studied their use of herbs to the extent that I can say I can recreate Vietnamese, Thai, and Malaysian dishes. I look forward to cooking for you!
