I've been now cooking for more than thirty-five years. I pride myself in giving the best within my culinary expertise in the cuisines that I practice. Italian and French cuisines are second nature to me. I also cook other popular international cuisines to. I am driven by passion and driven to succeed in creating wonderful food. I work closely with the client to ensure that their taste and dietary needs are met.
My Clients are mainly HNW families, Celebrities, Sports Personalities and Business people. All clients will always entertain guests, some more so than other’s. This is where I make sure that the guests are left feeling good that the food they are eating top quality restaurant cuisine, thus making the client look good, in a job well done.
