It was great cooking for Susie and family.I got held up in traffic and got at her residence late,but Susie was calm and asked me to take my own time,she didn't put any pressure on me.Beside allowing me to use her well equipped kitchen,she provided me with anything that I needed to help in the final prep.
Finally the family sat down for dinner and from Starter,Main and dessert,the feedback was positive which made me so happy knowing that my food has been very well appreciated and enjoyed.Even by the time I was leaving,the whole family faces were beaming with happiness.
I have cooked for so many people throughout my career,but Susie and family you are one of a kind and it was great to cook for you,and I would do it again without any question ! Continue enjoying great food !
