My appreciation for food started at a young age. I remember visiting the local food market with my father. I enjoyed watching him bargain with the traders. All his passion for great ingredients and my mother’s love for good food resulted in my belief that food is a way of life.
I believe food is the only thing that can bring everyone together, no matter their cultural background, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender or social status.
For me, food is a vibrant way to share my energy and passion, which is created in my soul and executed by my hands.
After 7 years of unfulfilling work in front of a computer monitor, and not enough physical activity or emotional creativity, I began a search to connect with myself. In 2013, I changed my professional path. On a personal level, I tried several diets, and quit eating sugar and processed foods. I learned different cooking techniques, lost 15 kg of weight and rediscovered my long-lost passion for the craft of cooking.
As a proud self-learner, I use techniques I developed myself. I continue to practice them, as I believe improvement is a never-ending process. So let's create together!

I cannot recommend Robert enough. I agreed a wonderful menu with him for my wife's birthday - a romantic candlelit dinner for two. My wife (Dawn) was ready to go out with me for dinner to celebrate her birthday, then Robert arrived and I informed Dawn that I'd changed my mind and we would stay in for the evening. To say she was surprised is an understatement, and before she knew it, Robert was busy in our kitchen cooking for us. The cuisine was exquisite: each course was absolutely wonderful. Dawn and I love fine food, and fine food is exactly what Robert provided. We were astonished how he achieved an extraordinary gastronomic experience with relatively few ingredients - ingredients we were familiar with, but because of his insistence on best quality fresh organic foods, and of course his skill in preparing and combining them, it felt as if we were tasting them properly for the very first time. The food was beautifully presented, and the portions were generous. Robert was excellent company, courteous and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching him in action in our kitchen, hoping to improve our own cooking! Robert was meticulous in his preparation and the delivery of the meal. It really was a dining out at home experience. Would not hesitate to ask Robert to cook for us again - it was all delicious and his monkfish dish, simple but delivered exceptional flavour... Robert is also a really nice guy and put us both at ease with what was a new experience for us...
Robert handled my rather comprequest well with a big smile. String quartet arrived late and start time had to be delayed. Some are vegetarians and he had to prepare different main course.
Food was superb and all of my guests were very satisfied. Thanks, Robert.
Robert cooked the most amazing dinner. He is very kind and made the best possible conditions for our team have a good dinner at bee little in France. He accommodated some special needs for one of our team members. I can highly recommend Robert.

On the day, he turned up bang on time and was very polite and professional the whole time. The food was top class and enjoyed by everyone in attendance.
The cooking area was left spotless and better than the cleaning standards of my wife which are very high!
