The lamb for the main was beautiful, and you should have red wines ready for this!

Nigel did a fantastic job ! The lamb was nice and I loved the dessert,too. All you need is a bottle of wine. Don't need to do any preparation and washing up after the dinner. I like the idea of "Restaurant quality at home" !!

Nigel catered a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend. There were 14 of us, and he did a menu to our specification (her chosen birthday menu, which she thought I was cooking for two of us). Nigel did steak for the main course with fluffy baked potatoes and green beans, perfect hollandaise and sour cream. We have asked for chocolate cake for desert and boy did that deliver - with extra truffles and confectionary around the edge.
The food was excellent all round, with accolades from everyone. (We didn't tell Nigel there were also Italian cooks at the table)
Despite having a horrendous journey to get to us, Nigel settled quickly and worked away where we were able to watch everything he did . He has a great personality which meant he really slotted in well. None of it phased him at all and it was great to have him as part of the party. He was even there for the "surprise" moment. And yes, the party went on for quite some time after he left....

Fantastic evening - very impressed with Nigel and eho chef.
The food was served with great presentation and a real chef's table experience as Nigel explained each dish to us as he served. The lamb was perfect and the extra braised lamb in a mini Shepherd's pie was a wonderful surprise!
We will not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

What a treat to have eho chef's Nigel cook for us. I was worried I'd feel strange having a chef in my kitchen using all my stuff, but Nigel made us feel very comfortable and the food was delicious! It was a real treat to properly entertain our friends and leave Nigel to do all the hard work!
