I am a self taught chef with loads of passion about food, especially Asian Cuisine. I have worked in pubs, Thai restaurants and pop up restaurants and have had rave reviews about my food.
I am now trained at Cordon Bleu London, that give me even better skills with Western Cuisines.
Indonesian cuisine is different to other Asian dishes - it comes with much more preparation and spices, which leaves an incredible taste.
I have been cooking for many years and although my specialty is Indonesian, I am equally as talented in cooking Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisine.
