I work in the food industry myself as a development chef and I love cooking at home, putting on big spreads of sharing dishes for up to 12 people at a time (check my Instagram @chef.marnie to see!). I love the idea of allowing someone else to take charge in my own home and doing all the cooking (and cleaning!) now and then. It gives me a chance to broaden my horizon and experience new foods I may not be that familiar with.
