I like to meet new people so being a private chef is perfect for me. I am always interested in learning more about different cultures and cuisines.
When I cook I like to use local ingredients, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables, all combined in the right way to present the dishes beautifully.

We were just celebrating a nice Sunday in London and Marco made it so much nicer for us. What he prepared was delicious, very nicely served and wonderfully spaced - as a good meal should be. The moules were great and, unlike what happens commonly, the spaghetti was not lacking in delicious jumbo prawns! We also especially enjoyed his wonderfully prepared crepes. After the lunch, he left everything clean and tidy.
It was an excellent experience which we strongly recommend, not just for a special occasion but also for just having a delightful meal. Five stars!
