I first stepped into my chef shoes in the French Alps where I worked as head chef in luxury chalets before heading to Tuscany and cooking in a 15th century Villa.
Moving to London, I worked as a Private Chef for a high profile family before writing my first recipe book, titled 'Suitcases of Recipes'. Leaving this job, I pursued a career as a cafe owner, opening 3 vegetarian, gluten and sugar-free cafes in yoga studios across London.
My second cook book 'The Yoga Kitchen' was written from my experiences as a yoga retreat chef all over the northern hemisphere.
I now work on a freelance basis (based in Surrey and London) and specialise in plant-based, healthy cuisine but am happy to cater for any palate.
