Katsumi and his guests were wonderful hosts. They showed interest in the food and preparations, yet they let me move and work in the kitchen independently, enabling me to cook and perform the tasks as best as possible. Everything was made available on the night (As per my requests) and in addition, they were extremely kind to invite me for a couple of glass of fine wine and japanese sake by the end of the dinner
