I am a 3 Michelin Star trained chef from Paris with a successful track record in the food industry, most notably in fine dining.

Following my training at the prestigious Hoffman Culinary School in Barcelona, Spain, I have worked under and amongst some of the most renowned chefs in the world in the finest restaurants including; Paris, Prague, Monaco, Switzerland, Japan and London.

Creating luxury food dishes is an art and I enjoy the complexity of dishes. What enjoy the most is bringing the art on to yours, the diner's plate, for your culinary experience and pleasure.
