I am an experienced and talented chef who has a real passion for cooking. I have extensive knowledge in both culinary and customer service and acquire an eye for colour and presentation. I am extremely creative in my dishes and have the capability to develop exotic, trendy and authentic menus that can be tailored to your perfection.
My career started in the restaurant at Palm Beach Casino in Mayfair and I now work in a private members club, also in Mayfair. Throughout my career I have spent time working in South East Asia and South America experiencing different cuisines and methods of cooking.
I am a confident, fun and presentable chef and I would love to provide you with the best restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home!

Jonathon and Victoria were fantastic. Professional from start to finish. They arrived on time and quietly set out a beautiful meal for 7 for a wonderful birthday surprise. Dealt with numerous requests from two 2 year olds for more of his home made bread and had to hear all the stories of adventure from the two older kids. The results were amazing, beautifully presented brilliantly cooked and delicious. We were delighted with the whole event and would highly recommend Jonathon to anyone. Couldn't fault a thing.
We booked Jonathan for a group of 12 and can not fault a single thing. From first contact he was excellent and easy to deal with. The menu is tailored for us fitted our requirements perfectly and was absolutely delicious. On the night he arrived on time and everything ran like clock work. At the end of the night there was not one thing to clear up. The whole experience was super and I can't wait for an excuse to do it again. Thanks Jonathan. Highly recommend.
Jonny came up with a great menu, nothing was too much trouble, gluten free, lactose free vegetarian! The food was divine the service with his waitress was impeccable & I would not hesitate to have him back!
We had a fabulously tasty Christmas lunch last week with all the team. It was such a great experience that we shall definitely do it again. Jonathan was great at adapting the meal to suit vegetarians and gluten free and everyone had a lovely time. A real bonus that there was no washing up! Many thanks from all of us.
Jonathan cooked for a party we had with 20 adults and lots of kids. His canapés were absolutely delicious and went down a treat with everyone. A great variety of flavours and beautifully presented. He and his server Victoria were extremely professional and a delight to work with. I highly recommend him!

Jonny offered us a variety of menus and helped us to select the dishes based on our preference.
We also asked for help in selecting the wines and we are very glad we followed his suggestions.
Since the moment we contacted him, the communication was very prompt and all was planned in the finest detail.

Jonathan and Victoria were absolutely amazing. I was arranging a funeral for a dear friend and I was really worried about arranging the food for over 50 guests so immediately came to eho chef. Jonathan helped guide me with a menu and quantities and the compliments from the guests were plentiful.
