I've had experience as a Head Chef and come from a background of working in international cuisine for over 25 years. I've had my own business creating and serving Moroccan food at Camden Lock. I've served many A-list celebrities at The Rock Club in Embankment, London.
I'm now working for an agency doing chef work at large events run by Compass including private member clubs and venues such as Chelsea FC.
My value with food is simplicity which is really effective for fantastic flavours and perfect fine dining at home.
