After having run my own Veggie/Vegan cafe for 4 years, I decided to do something with more of a personal touch. I took things online and started to do private catering as well as running cooking workshops all around healthy eating, clean eating, vegan and raw foods including how to make sweet treats with no added sugar!
More recently I have become a qualified Macrobiotic Chef & Health Advisor and want to use this to work with clients in order to a) provide them with the basic understanding and concept of eating well b) creating delicious dishes that will benefit the whole family c) hosting dinners at home or venues where you can wow your family, friends and your own clients offering them wholesome cuisine with a fusion of flavours from all around the world.
Although I am based in Bedford, I travel regularly to London, Manchester, Leeds, Surrey to carry out cooking workshops as well as catering to current clients personal and business dining requirements.
I love food and my passion shows in creating foods that will tantalise your tastebuds....naturally!
