I have loved being in the kitchen for as long as I can remember. My family ran a mediterranean restaurant and my parents were busy, I spent many summers on the Greek islands with relatives where I soaked in flavours.
My dishes are abundant with herbs and spice. I believe that those are the ingredients that make a dish pop!
