I was an Alumni of Labardero School in Seville and have been dedicated to the world of food for over 20 years including experience in catering for events such as Royal Ascot, Wembley, Chelsea Stadium, etc.

Born in Seville, I discovered as a child a great passion for traditional home cooking, always being the little helper to my mother and grandmother whom to this date, I still considers the best cook!

Spending summers in the seaside town of Benalm√°dena and working in the family restaurant, I completed a culinary school degree in Seville, whilst gaining experience in catering and events.

Keen to discover may International cuisines, I went to work in London, Mexico city, Shanghai, Paris where I gained so much experience, especially working as a chef at restaurants in London working with people like Tom Aikens, Michel Roux Jr ,etc. My specialism is in crafts like handmade fresh pasta, smoked meats, Asian cooking, etc.

I am most enthusiastic about being a private chef and and my true passion is focusing on traditional and modern Spanish, Italian, Asian, Mexican French food culture, using exquisite hand picked ingredients using very good local and seasonal products.
