Michelin trained chef

I have spent my career working in some of London's best Michelin star kitchens. I started my career with Michel Roux Jr training in modern French cuisine and then spent 5 years working for Simon Rogan in two of his London restaurants Roganic and Fera at Claridges. Shortly after joining Rogan's team I was promoted to sous chef and most recently I worked at Gordon Ramsay's Petrus. Since COVID-19, I have started my own business - Indulge Dining. Indulge combines my love of modern British cooking with French classical techniques.
