Hello!

Born in Brussels, grew up in Paris and other cities with rich culinary cultures like Frankfurt, Milan, Istanbul, and Tokyo. My residence has always been chosen by the food it offers and I have never let that go to waste :)

My training started with my family who are passionate about cooking and eating. We go to great lengths to source the best ingredients, you'd think our lives were on the line!
I then went on to train in some top rate restaurants around the world and honed my skills.
