Fun afternoon today cooking for Aisha and her family!
We changed the menu, so for starter we had Chicken Ceasar Croquettes, pan fried sea bass for main, and a chocolate and chilli tart for dessert.
Aisha’s lovely kitchen had everything I could need, and was a great environment to work in.
Most importantly, all of the guests were a pleasure to meet and cook for. I’d certainly recommend accepting a booking request from Aisha!
