Looking for a chef who can really blow away our guests with amazing Japanese food. A combination of sushi and other dishes.

Budget - £45 a head (can be flexible depending on suggestions)
The restaurant will run from Friday - Sunday every weekend in May.
Would like to source all ingredients as close as possible to the site to be as sustainable as possible. Also would need some vegan/gluten free alternatives for guests.
