40th birthday Family BBQ - Plans changed due to covid so throwing surprise with family in garden instead. Chef doesn't need to be there - we would like salads, nibbles and meats and fish marinated and prepared that we can put on the bbq. Ignore number of dishes on request please. We don't know the answer as its a bbq - please suggest!
