30th Birthday

We would like a chef who can arrange some canapes to circulate as starters, followed by a 2-course sit down meal. I would like a tasty pasta for the main course, but we would need two types - one meat (no beef) and one vegetarian. I am also gluten sensitive so would need to use gluten-free pasta just for one person! For dessert something warm as it's February! Either chocolate or crumble based.
We are a group of young professionals, all in couples, and everyone will be very dressed up for the evening so we would like a formal and professional vibe.
