A seasonal truffle night represents the highest culinary experience that you can enjoy with friends and family. Truffles are one of the most expensive yet delightful ingredients rarely available at an affordable price.
I am proud to bring truffles from Italy and use them in my dishes without the huge price tag and mark-up by fine retailers and restaurants. Harrods / Selfridges mark up this up to £6,000 per kilo and fine dining restaurants usually feature white truffles at £7-8 per gram in a Mayfair restaurant.
The truffles are exclusively from the Alba and Aretino woods in Italy. These are provided to me straight from the hunter himself, a man dedicated to finding these truffles for your enjoyment.
