starter
This menu gets off to the lightest of starts, with a beetroot and goats cheese ravioli starter that bursts with freshness and colour.
main
For main, a roast chicken ballotine, stuffed with mushrooms and wrapped in prosciutto, served with a sherry sauce, mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
dessert
To round things off, a rich but delicious chocolate tart served with a salty peanut butter ice cream and a peanut crumb.
