Spring Menu

This menu is taken from my 'Spring Tasting Menu' but instead of 10 courses,
you may choose one from each of four courses...

appetizer
Choose from:
Pan fried homemade flatbread, ricotta, basil and mint tips with crushed
green herb dressing and forest mushrooms; or
Crushed mozzarela di bafalo, yellow melon, prosciuto crudo
and salsa verde; or
Poached Skrei cod with toasted buckwheat, black radish,
celeriac puree and sauce from bones.

starter
Choose from:
Toasted green & white asparagus, soft boiled duck eggs,
buttermilk and roast nuts crumble; or
Mediterranean calamari: sauteed calamari, chorizo, cherry tomato,
mint pesto, yellow peppers and squid broth

main
Choose from:
Cornish lamb cooked ever the embers, burnt aubergine,
violet mustard and cauliflower puree; or
Grilled spiced quail served with date syrup, shaved fennel and tomato bulgur

dessert
Choose from:
Lemon tart; or
White chocolate mouse and bitter cherries; or
Coconut mango pana cotta
