Brazilian steak sausage stuffed chicken supreme. Served with Jerusalem artichoke puree, sweet pickled cucumber ribbons, kiwi, lemon, truffle oil and roasting jus dressing.
Dark chocolate and raspberry brownie with toffee ice cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate soil.
