Christmas Menu

This menu is some few classic dishes reinterpreted by me, full of taste and colours. This menu contains so much choice - just choose one from each: starter, main and dessert.

* Slow cooked lobster, broccoli royal, clementine textures and parmesan foam
* Salmon tartar, avocado mousse, burnt cucumber and cucumber jelly, leaves and egg yolk confit
* Pig cheeks terrine, onion puree, crispy egg and cherry confit
* Chicken liver creme brûlée served with homemade bread

* Nico-style Beef Wellington, mash potato, mushroom duxelles, roasted carrots, red baby beet and beef jus
* Surf’n’Turf - Lamb extricate and citrus glazed prawns served with crushed aubergine, broad beans, roast parsnip puree, ceps and radish
* Rabbit ballotine with wild mushroom risotto, rainbow beetroot, pumpkin confit and red wine coffee jus
* Pan-fried stone bass and prawn ravioli on coriander pea puree, sautéed Brussel sprouts with bacon and green peas, a red pepper coulis and prawn jus foam
* Creamed polenta, stuffed cabbage rolls, roast quail and soft quail egg, served with winter vegetables and red wine zabaione
*Roast turkey,caramelized Bruxel sprouts,roast winter veg.confit duchese potatoes and turkey jus
