This menu is inspired by the autumn, when all the leaves are starting to hit the ground and the nature looks multicoloured of a strange sadness and beauty.
Mushrooms, roots and tubers, the last wild greens and seeds.
They are all preparing us for the winter.

Celeriac alla Milanese with a creamy mushroom sauce, green peas and cherry tomato relish
