Delicious lamb dish,where the boned and butterflied leg of lamb is marinated firstly in fresh oregano,rosemary and garlic for 24 hours. Then slowly roasted with a pressed tray on top of it for 2 hours,left with pressed tray overnight and then finally portioned and seared for perfect crispy,tender flavoursome finish. Served with roasted new potatoes,seasonal vegetables ,lamb jus and a yogurt & mint sauce.
