Pan seared and roasted corn fed chicken, chorizo, vension balls, buttered kale and mangoute, roast garlic + blueberry chicken jus.

- Fabulous vegan risotto.
Pumpkin, Jerusalem artichoke, green peas and sun blushed tomato + crispy sage.
