Amorous Valentines menu

Right from the ancient times, certain ingredients were believed to have the ability to arouse sensual feeling in humans. Here, I have drawn on the intricate knowledge of spices to create a Valentine’s menu to share those benefits with you. For example, the musky scent of truffles is considered to stimulate and sensitize the skin to touch. Saffron is rich in antioxidants and potassium and has always been used as an aphrodisiac. Sweet basil is considered to stimulate passion and boost fertility. Enjoy!
