This menu is interactive as the diners will be able to experience first hand how to prepare the courses on offer. I will teach you how to make a delicious raw smoothie, either green or chocolate. You will learn how to make a nut mylk.
We will prepare a beautiful raw noodle dish that tastes amazing. Finally you will help me make an uncooked carrot cup cake or bar. We are going to get down and dirty in the kitchen and you will learn some really easy tricks to help make raw dishes a part of your everyday busy life. Notes and recipes will be available for you to take home with you. I can vary any of the ingredients should you or your guests have an allergy to a particular food. As many ingredients as possible will be organic, to really kickstart the healing process.

starter
Green Smoothie with nut mylk. This smoothie looks luscious and green in colour and tastes just as luscious. Dates, kale, chia seeds, banana, apple, nut Mylk, (honey or agave for sweetness), coconut oil and a few other surprises will have you asking for a second glass. I will also show you how to prepare a very easy linseed cracker and cashew nut dip.

main
Zucchini Noodles with tomatoes, pesto and a healing dressing will have you drooling. A rocket and mixed leaf salad also accompanies this main. You won't believe how easy the healing dressing is to prepare.
The pesto is also very simple and quick, to give you more time to relax and enjoy the food you have prepared with your family and friends. We will be using cold pressed unrefined olive oil in the pesto and the salad dressing for a rich earthy flavour.

dessert
Raw Carrot Cup Cakes or Raw Carrot Bar. This uncooked cake is delicious and includes dates, cashews and almonds. The cup cake icing is made of cashew cream with orange juice. There may even be some surprise raw chocolate truffles in the mix as well.
